Situation
IHS Global Insights wanted to improve panel growth and retention rates across Western Europe, whilst encouraging existing members to be more active. Due to the varied target audience, the rewards needed to be diverse and desirable locally. Key requirements were the ability to offer customer services and aftercare in local languages, and the timely delivery of rewards.
Ovation Incentives Solution
Ovation Incentives created an IHS Global Insights market research rewards platform which could operate across Europe. The rewards platform was multi-lingual and rewards were issued in local currencies, ensuring that panel members received a superior user experience. Rewards were distributed with 48 hours of survey completion, which had a positive effect on completion rates. The extensive selection of rewards that was available for each region also empowered panel members to choose their own rewards, whilst encouraging them to suggest their own preferred rewards. Actively souring these suggestions has enabled Ovation Incentives to further improve retention rates whilst attracting new members.
