They deliver back office administration and front office customer contact services to private and public sector organisations across the UK and Ireland. Their flexible structure enables them to deliver multiple services to individual clients, and multiple services across multiple markets, highly efficiently.

Situation
A division of Capita were looking to find one supplier for their employee reward and recognition scheme. Having worked with other voucher suppliers previously, they wanted to refine the processes already in place and make the offer as aspirational as possible.

Ovation Incentives Solution
After discussions with Ovation Incentives, Capita decided to utilise the successful Universal Voucher system to reward employees around the UK. The system offered them the ease of administration, having one supplier, while giving the recipients a wide range of choice for their individual rewards. With the scheme working so well, it was successfully adopted by two additional divisions within Capita.
