Situation
This organisation needed to drive CUSTOMER LOYALTY, and improve global sales across a range of office label printer products with end-customers. DYMO needed a way to incentivise customers to purchase their product over other similar products in a busy market place whilst creating brand loyalty.

A comprehensive on-pack promotion was created were Ovation Incentive rewards codes were printed onto the inside of 10,000 promotional packs per country. The reward scheme offered a locally desirable range of high street gift vouchers, and e-vouchers of the customers’ choice for every pack purchased. The reward selection was instantly redeemable upon purchase for maximum impact.
