Situation
Schuh wanted to implement a reward and recognition programme for their staff, to encourage the highest level of sales and service possible for their customers. One of Schuh’s key prerequisites was that the rewards would have to be easily accessible, giving the nature of their business but yet still create a memorable experience for the employee.

Ovation Incentives Solution
The “More 4 Managers” programme was launched for Schuh employees. Managers were empowered to reward any member of their team if they felt company values had been achieved. Employees were presented with a Schuh Reward code by their Managers in recognition of this achievement. The employee could access the branded “More 4 Managers” website to redeem their code, whenever they wanted, and choose from a wide-range selection of vouchers. Ovation Incentives helped to create a smart and trendy programme that functioned well in a retail environment, but still had the desired impact that was vital to the success of the programme.
