Vision Solutions, Inc. is the world’s leading provider of information availability software and services for Windows, Linux, IBM Power Systems and Cloud Computing markets. Vision Solution disaster recovery brands support business continuity, satisfy compliance requirements and increase productivity.

Situation
Vision Solutions were looking to incentives their channel, throughout 40 countries, for sales of Vision products.  The issue they had w­as providing a unique channel marketing awards that would work for all participants, throughout their market.

Ovation Incentives Solution
Using the Universal Voucher system, Vision Solutions were able to offer a universal award to all participants, which could be used throughout the world and in a number of different currencies. Sales of Vision products are processed, channel dealers are issued varying value Universal Voucher codes to redeem through the branded rewards portal.  This system gave Vision flexibility of awards, one supplier for all countries and ease of administration.  Codes are simply emailed to the recipients and Ovation handles all voucher distribution and reporting. Moving forward, plans are in place to develop the scheme further to link Vision Solutions systems directly to Ovations’ to automatically issue award codes to recipients once sales have been logged.
