Situation
Embraer wanted a unique approach to presenting their employees around the world with a Christmas bonus. One of Embraer’s key requirements was that the rewards had to appeal to families as the campaign was directed at the children/grandchildren of the employee.

Ovation Incentives Solution
The Universal Voucher System offered Embraer a flexible and branded employee reward and recognition platform in which to present the Christmas bonus. The 10-digit Universal Voucher code was given to the employee, either to exchange for a voucher which would contribute towards a gift for their family, or to give directly to the child/grandchild. Key to the success of the campaign was the programmes flexibility, only choosing rewards which denoted good family values, and also by allowing the employee 12 months in which to redeem their code.
