Situation
Vodafone Global Enterprises wanted to drive and improve sales generated by their National (NAMs) and Global Account Managers (GAMs) across the UK, Europe and the United States across the Vodafone range of business telecommunication solutions.
Ovation Incentives Solution
Ovation Incentives created an open-ended SALES INCENTIVE rewards program which financed itself through increased sales.A branded rewards area was created for Vodafone NAMs and GAMs where additional awards were offered to mid-level performersto create a degree of stretch. The Ovation Incentives solution allowed rewards to be issued in local currencies and languages. The Universal Voucher System also contained a feedback area where recipients of rewards were encouraged to suggest brands they wanted included in the rewards programme. This ensured that the rewards available in each country were truly desirable based on Vodafone’s target audience in each country.
Results
The program has helped this international organisation to drive and consistently improve sales across multiple regions, whilst improving staff morale.
