Situation
Zebra were looking at providing all employees throughout Europe with a unique and manageable Long Service Award scheme. With staff in numerous countries throughout Europe the scheme had be the same for everyone, while still be available in multiple currencies and languages. The solution had to make the recipients feel as individual and valued as possible.
Ovation Incentives Solution

Working with Zebra, Ovation put together a sales incentives scheme that gave participants a unique Universal Voucher award code, hand delivered by their manager. Each month Ovation prepare and distribute personalised letters to Zebra employees’ managers with information on their awards and length of service. These are hand delivered direct to the employee. This has helped Zebra to reduce staff attrition and make their staff feel valued and appreciated on a personal level.
