Situation
The business to business (B2B) division of Nokia Corporation, working in partnership with Vodafone Global Enterprises, wanted looking to drive and promote the sales of Nokia handsets through the Vodafone network within key EU countries.
As Vodafone sales teams have a number of manufacturers available to them, Nokia needed a unique offering that would be aspirational to the participants.
Ovation Incentives Solution
Ovation worked with Nokia to design a duel branded on-line rewards platform to energise sales staff across Europe.
Our unique SALES INCENTIVE rewards platform allowed participants to receive awards in fun and innovative ways. These rewards were issued in local currencies and were redeemable against a selection of local retail vouchers and reward options. The Ovation Incentives solution also allowed recipients to accrue reward values over a period of time for more significant redemptions
