Since 2009 Honda had been running the Engage programme for all dealership after-sales staff, which communicates targets and measures, performance data, league tables and success stories to all dealership after-sales staff rewarding the top winning teams. Recent staff surveys highlighted that although the team rewards were well received, a high proportion of the dealership staff suggested they would also like individual rewards.
