The employees of Ovation Incentives participated in the IMA Europe Cup – Sailing Regatta. The sailing regatta was hosted by IMA Europe exclusively for those companies who are engaged within the incentive and rewards industry. The association chose to host this sailing event to allow those in the industry come together in a fun and different setting.
The first day of the event, the association held a barbecue where everyone could socialize and if the guest wanted, they could sleep on board the boat overnight. The next day experienced sailors gave a safety brief and a basic training session before the teams headed to sail. The Ovation Incentives team had a fantastic time and finished in 4th place.
