IIBN is a global, not for profit organisation which brings together the cream of Irish business men and women.
The Ovation marketing team was there promoting the company’s employee engagement platform, Encore. It was an enjoyable day-long event with inspiring speakers, sessions and discussion panels about the impact design has across all functions of business. One of the most interesting sessions was called Shark Tank, named after a popular TV show, where Irish entrepreneurs proposed their business ideas to a panel of investors. In between each session there were coffee breaks that allowed for networking amongst all of the Irish business professionals.
